A Message from President & Principal Consultant, Hile Rutledge 

OKA family- 

I want to introduce you to Catherine Germinario—OKA’s new Director of Business Development and Client Relations. With a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Talent Management, and Client Relationship Management, Catherine brings a unique set of skills to our team. As OKA steps more deeply and often into issues of change, organization health and resilience, and leadership and team development, we are being called upon to develop more sophisticated and client-centered learning and development approaches. Catherine will be a key contributor in OKA’s ever-expanding and sharpening toolkit. I’m so excited to have her as a colleague. Here’s a note from Catherine to you… 

Team- I’m happy to be here. Talent and Leadership Development is where my heart lives. I whole-heartedly believe that to progress as an organization, we need to strengthen our people. I spent the majority of my career figuring out how to empower others to drive success, and OKA has it right. Better self-awareness drives better self-management.
