Expanded & Personalized Score Reports
For those participants who have taken the EQ-i assessment (not a requirement), NavigatEQ offers extended reports
that provide rich insight into the meaning and impact of your score on any (or all) of your EQ-i results. For greater
convenience and to reach more auditory learners, these reports also come with an audio option.
Comprehensive Coverage
NavigatEQ covers a spectrum of 16 behaviors, illustrating what too much, balanced, and too little of each behavior
looks and sounds like.
Real-world Application
NavigatEQ’s primary aim is to help EQ learners pivot from interest and insight to an actual learning and development plan—to pivot
to new behaviors, stretch goals, and meaningful change. To that end, participants will be offered over 75 different specific
behavioral suggestions to address their individual challenges or learning goals.
Engagement & Accountability Metrics
Informative videos, detailed score explorations, challenging quizzes, self- paced learning paths, next-stem action choices—NavigatEQ
provides a lot of both variety and freedom in someone’s development path. Many organizations who use NavigatEQ may want to track
how much time their participating employees spend within the learning system. What content any one learner has explored, scores
they have registered, or actions they have selected—these stay confidential, but sign-ons and time spent within NavigatEQ help
organizations track the group’s developmental progress as well as the organization’s overall return on investment (ROI).
NavigatEQ has 2 versions
EQ Intro
(Coaching and/or Training Pre-work)— Coaching and EQ-based training can unfold so much faster and more interactively if people show up to these development events already knowing the basics of Emotional Intelligence and the EQ-i model. Used as a pre-work module, NavigatEQ guides participants through the model in a pre-set order to introduce them to each element quickly and cleverly, tasking each learner to determine (and record) their levels of engagement with each of the EQ-i’s 16 behavioral elements. With NavigatEQ, learners can now show up to a coaching or training session with this heavy lift first step already done, and the focus of the live event can now be receiving results, deeper meaning, and most importantly, application and next step action.
EQ Deep Dive
NavigatEQ serves nicely as a full make-up EQ-i feedback session. While personal coaching and/or training is clearly the best approach
for taking someone through feedback on the EQ-i assessment, sometimes you require an alternate approach—distance, timing, someone
misses the scheduled event, other unplanned factors. For those times when you need it, NavigatEQ can lead someone who has just taken
and received their EQ-i report through an interactive process to understand what the means and how the results can be put into action.
(Event Follow-up, Application & Next-step Deep Dive)— The greatest gift of NavigatEQ is its ability to both deepen EQ engagement
and keep the discussion and application of EQ going long after a coaching or training event. Training and coaching starts the
ball rolling, but many of the questions, reflections, explorations, and development decisions need to happen later, more organically
and on the learners own timetable. NavigatEQ is designed to appeal to many different learning styles, with data that is chunked in
small, accessible bits, and all compiled (with video, audio, and interactive components) in a self-paced, flowing format that makes
learners comfortable and even eager to engage. NavigatEQ wants EQ learning and application to be welcomed and continuous.
