OKA’s approach to coaching is tailored to the individual and system, but always focuses on actionable insights, next steps, and outcomes.
Our skills based approach is focused on achieving specific results identified with the coaching client and sponsor (as appropriate). In addition to best-practice coaching approaches, OKA leverages Type, Emotional Intelligence, 360 Assessments, DRiV, or other assessments as appropriate to meet your performance or development goals.
OKA is very often brought into organizations to do one of two different types of coaching engagements. Here are some things we can do for your organization:
- Provide all members of a team with an assessment and individualized coaching based on the results. Each individual takes a 15-20 minute assessment, and then an OKA coach works one-on-one with each individual to identify their next steps in development.
- Engage with one individual or many members of a team on a consistent coaching engagement. These engagements typically last 6 to 12 months with a session every other week, and assessments are used if necessary.
