OKA’s high-performing executive team diagnostic tool, The Benchmark, leverages a trio of the most powerful and insightful tools, combined with focused one-on-one coaching and interviews— culminating in a detailed report on your team’s successes, challenges, and a customized development plan to take your executive team to the next level.
The Benchmark unfolds in four phases—
1. Data-gathering & Assessment: Each executive team member takes the three assessments measuring their emotional intelligence, key motivators, and an inventory of team performance.
2. Instrument Feedback & Executive Interviews: Each executive team member gets one-on-one feedback on their assessments and has an executive interview on their perspective of the team.
3. Data Analysis & Report Generation: Assessment and interview data is compiled into The Benchmark report and a customized development plan is outlined for each executive and the overall group.
4. The Benchmark Report Delivery: Your custom Benchmark report and development plan is delivered and discussed with your team and/or leader.
Teams can then partner with OKA on the delivery of their custom development plan.
