Hile and Doug Talk Leadership & Life – Looking for AND #3

Doug Hensch is a long-time friend and collaborator of mine and OKA’s. He is a coach and trainer and all-around cool guy. He produces and hosts an established podcast–“Looking for And.” In 2020, Doug realized that he and I seemed to enjoy getting together and sharing our ideas about new books, work challenges, leadership, and a host of other topics. We decided to capture these conversations–to record them–within the structure of his podcast. In this episode, we discuss leadership in the movie Hoosiers. After the two-part series on the television show “Ted Lasso,” we continue our streak in discussing the lessons we can learn from sports media.
