Doug Hensch is a long-time friend and collaborator of mine and OKA’s. He is a coach and trainer and all-around cool guy. He produces and hosts an established podcast–“Looking for And.” In 2020, Doug realized that he and I seemed to enjoy getting together and sharing our ideas about new books, work challenges, leadership, and a host of other topics. We decided to capture these conversations–to record them–within the structure of his podcast. In this episode, we discuss “The Post” (2017,) and the leadership growth of Katharine Graham (Meryl Streep) and how she learns to make decisions when personal values are involved.
