Doug Hensch is a long-time friend and collaborator of mine and OKA’s. He is a coach and trainer and all-around cool guy. He produces and hosts an established podcast–“Looking for And.” In 2020, Doug realized that he and I seemed to enjoy getting together and sharing our ideas about new books, work challenges, leadership, and a host of other topics. We decided to capture these conversations–to record them–within the structure of his podcast.
