A central member of the OKA team for nearly 20 years, Gina Carter is in charge of business operations and ensuring that OKA’s exceptional customer service is met on every level from the initial phone inquiry to supporting the long-time participant and client to providing stellar vendor management and care. Gina has the ability to quickly prioritize and organize myriad responsibilities and details to make business flow smoothly for clients and coworkers. She enjoys the fast paced, dynamic environment where she can put her interpersonal skills to work organizing people and processes and is tuned into the needs of others seeking to create a helpful point of contact to all those that do business with OKA.
