With a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and certifications in DRiV and EQ-i 2.0, Catherine brings deep expertise in coaching, facilitation, and employee engagement strategies. She is committed to helping leaders and teams navigate change, build resilience, and drive meaningful impact within their organizations.

Before joining OKA, Catherine held key roles in HR, organizational effectiveness, and sales management across various industries. She led large-scale talent initiatives, expanding succession planning efforts and improving HR strategy execution. Combining analytical insights with a people-centered approach, Catherine works with clients to build solutions that foster long-term success.
