Virtual Facilitator Workshop

Now more than ever we need to convert our “in room” experiences to on-line experiences, without compromising any value. OKA has partnered with Lizard Brian to create a course designed to provide you with everything you need to take your workshop online. Specifically designed for facilitators experienced in delivering content from assessments like the EQ-i or MBTI, the Virtual Facilitator Workshop will give you the skills to bring what you do in the room, online. If you can do it in the room, you can do it online! We have open enrollment workshop dates below, but if you are interested in a private workshop for your organization, please request a private group quote.

Workshop Outcomes:

• Experience familiar in-person exercises and activities from the MBTI and EQ-i in the virtual space
• Learn how to take what you do in the room online without having to learn a lot of technology
• Participate actively in facilitated group and individual exercises designed to build self-awareness
• Learn to assess the abilities of participants and design the right environment to meet their needs
• Practice coaching and connecting on a human level using readily-available materials and methods
