360 Assessments are a great way to help your employees develop. 360 degree feedback allows you to use multiple raters such as managers, peers, direct reports, family members/friends (if desired), and others to leave feedback on an employee. The 360 assessment is often used as an effective way for someone to receive feedback on how they are performing.
