COURSE DESCRIPTION
The very first step in delivering effective training is selecting the right tool and framing the event with the best training design. What learning or outcome is most wanted or needed from a training in the first place? What does success look like, and how will it be measured? Is Type/the MBTI the best approach? How do I best use the time my client has allotted? A full day, a half-day, two hours, less than an hour—do I have a design that best uses the time available? How do I use Type data (the preferences of my participants) to best tailor the training design to the specific time, group and circumstances? This interactive online class asks and answers these questions—and others—and is presented only by thought-leaders and longtime presenters in the MBTI field. While it was designed as a companion workshop to OKA’s MBTI Exercises class, OKA’s MBTI Designs and Presentation Tips is an effective, stand-alone class with no pre or co-requisites. This workshop contains content similar to that of our Type Trainer Skillshop offered in Fairfax, VA. Taking both workshops is best suited for those wanting additional review and/or additional CCEs.
Workshop Outcomes:
