Harris Fanaroff is an experienced leadership coach, consultant, and mental performance coach with a background in education, marketing, sales, account management, and leadership. Harris’s primary focus is leadership and team development and using a range of psychological assessments to help improve self-awareness, decision making, relationships, communication, team performance and human connections. Experienced with emerging leaders in the corporate space, Harris takes a personal and tailored approach to help leaders and teams best meet personal and professional growth goals.
Harris is certified in the EQ-i® 2.0 and EQ360® emotional intelligence assessments, the DRiV Model, the Influence Style Indicator, Pearman Personality Integrator, the Change Style Indicator, Decision Style Profile, Team Performance Inventory, and Discovery Leadership Profile/Emerging Leader Profile 360.
Harris holds a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University, and is an ICF-ACC Certified coach as a graduate of the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certificate program at American University. Harris was drafted by the Washington Nationals out of high school and played college baseball at Lehigh University. He serves as Co-Chair of the Washington Nationals Philanthropies Emerging Leaders Board.
