Otto Kroeger (Founder) having become an internationally known organizational consultant, with his primary area of expertise being the implementation of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, has now retired. As a renowned speaker, trainer and best selling author on the subject of psychological type he was in high demand for over three decades for his talent in bringing type theory to diverse personal and professional groups throughout the world. He is a Past-President of the Association of Psychological Type and a current member of NTL. He has co-authored four leading books on Type: Type Talk, Type Talk At Work, 16 Ways to Love Your Lover, and Personality Type and Religious Leadership (with Roy M. Oswald), and has conducted extensive research with the “unscored” items on the Form G MBTI® assessment.
Hile Rutledge (President and Principal Consultant) is an experienced organization development consultant, trainer, and public speaker with an extensive background in management, adult education, and leadership and team development. Hile’s primary area of expertise lies in the use of a range of personality assessment instruments as tools for enhancing self-management, leadership, and communication with teams and leaders. Hile has done extensive work with both public and private sector clients whose needs range from team building, communications and feedback training, conflict management, strategic planning, and other large group events and skills-based workshops. Hile has a BA in Humanities from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Science in Organization Development from the American University (AU/NTL). He is co-author of the best-selling book Type Talk At Work, 2nd Edition.
Hassan Kamel (Consulting Coordinator) is an experienced organization development consultant, facilitator, and trainer with a background in professional development, adult experiential education, team building, and leadership development. His most recent consulting work has been with the United States Air Force, where he has provided ongoing assessment and coaching services to military training instructors. Hassan holds both Bachelor and Master degrees in Biology from George Mason University.

Annette Daly is currently the Director of Corporate Learning and Communications for Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation, as well as an outside consultant in leadership and team development. In her 22+ years of airline experience, she has observed firsthand the impact of personal development training with an emphasis on sound leadership and team skills that has been delivered to over 1500 Air Wisconsin managers and frontline employees.
A graduate of James Madison University, she also received her Master’s Degree in Applied Leadership for Teaching and Learning at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Her Thesis used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tool in the work setting based upon applied research conducted with Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation. She is an active member of the Association of Psychological Type, Regional Airline Association Public Relations Committee, and Right Management’s Leader Organizational Development Roundtable of Fox Valley.
Robin Dreeke is a certified practitioner in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Emotional Intelligence (EQ-I 2.0), and the Personal Discernment Instrument (PDI). Robin is an expert trainer, project manager, author, and group facilitator with a substantial background in leadership, adult learning and facilitation, both within the US Government and with private sector organizations.
Robin is a 1992 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and former U. S. Marine Corps Officer. For the past 15 years, Robin has been in the FBI, currently serving as head of the elite Behavioral Analysis Program of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division.
Robin has studied interpersonal relations and behavior for the past 23 years. Through his professional roles and his passionate interest in this field, he has developed his own unique interpersonal techniques and tools. Synthesizing his expertise in Myers-Briggs, Emotional Intelligence and other areas, Robin has developed his own highly effective techniques for improving performance in the field of interpersonal communication. His most recent book is It’s Not All about “Me”: The Top Ten Techniques for Building Quick Rapport With Anyone, ” a pocket manual for teaching you to break through walls and tear down the blockers people put up to building strong, unbreakable bonds.
Robin is the lead instructor at the FBI’s Counterintelligence Training Center in all behavioral and interpersonal skills training. He is also an adjunct instructor for the FBI’s National Academy in the area of publishing, interviewing, and public speaking. He is the co-developer and lead trainer in social engineering soft skills for Social-Engineering.com. Additionally, Robin routinely conducts workshops and seminars for government, military, and private-sector organizations across the country.
Alan Klein has worked in a variety of public and private settings as a trainer, consultant, facilitator, administrator and teacher. Currently he specializes in training and consulting in the areas of leadership development, valuing diversity, team building and communication. Alan also provides organizations and other groups with support and facilitation in the use of large group methodologies such as SimuReal, Future Search and Open Space Technology. Throughout this work, he emphasizes self-awareness as a vehicle for enhanced competency and effectiveness in interpersonal situations. Alan received his M.Ed. at West Virginia University and holds a BA in Social Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan. In addition, he has participated in continuing education through NTL Institute and Johns Hopkins University, among others. He was elected to membership in the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science in 1997.
Ray Linder, MBA, helps organizations and individuals be prudent and prosperous managers of their time, talent and treasure with proven counseling, coaching, consulting and training programs centered around psychological self-awareness and tailored action planning. Ray’s insightful knowledge of psychological type combined with a passion for people, results in a unique skill to help businesses, ministries, individuals and families attain the excellence they were designed to achieve. Ray is author of three books, including his recent What Should I Do With My Money? How Your Personality Affects Your Financial Behavior. Ray is a national speaker and seminar leader and was featured on the CNBC program Watch and Make Money, and he is a frequent guest on national radio programs. Ray has over 20 years of financial experience including corporate finance, investment management, fundraising and development, consulting and small business management.
Rita Murray is CEO of Performance Consulting, LLC, offering a variety of programs to meet organizational needs in the area of leadership training, decision-making, team development, curriculum design, and webinars. As a first generation American, dual citizen of Ireland, certified speaking professional (CSP), private pilot, author, executive coach, business leader, and Ph.D. researcher, she is an authority on sparking action to handle conflict, reduce stress and energize individual and teams. From the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment, Multi-Generations in the Workplace and Mentoring to extensive self-study, classroom, video-based, and webinar courses, Rita provides technical and experiential learning programs targeted to offer an exceptional blend of real world application, satisfaction, and value.
Rita’s management and technical experience have been tested and proven by the finest organizations across a broad range of industries. Since beginning her career in 1980, Rita has worked with private and public organizations across the United States, including Fortune companies such as GE, IBM, Lockheed, National Grid, and Chesapeake Energy. In addition, Rita has worked extensively with the DoD community since 1990 and is at home on military bases where she may be conducting a strategic planning session, MBTI® course, executive coaching, or with a Commanding General delivering a keynote for the entire base operations. In addition, she is an Associate with OKA, providing personal and organizational training and consultation using the MBTI assessment and other organizational development tools.
Rita is committed to improving workplace performance, encouraging personal development, and promoting life-long learning. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). CSP is an earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association and the International Federation for Professional Speakers.
Patricia Williams consults with individuals, businesses and other groups seeking to improve human and organizational effectiveness. She has been working with the MBTI® in a variety of interpersonal and group settings for over twenty years, on issues ranging from personal/professional development, to teaching and learning styles, to team building and conflict resolution, to managing organizational change. Her clients range from the Penobscot Nation Health Department to the National Institutes of Health; from Mt. Abram High School to the Kellogg Foundation; from the Portland Symphony Orchestra to Pfizer Inc.
Patricia’s style is flexible and collaborative, with an approach designed to address the client’s particular needs. Along with a thorough grounding in psychology, organization development theories and group facilitation techniques, Dr. Williams brings energy, clarity, a sense of humor and the highest standard of quality to her work.
She is on the faculty of NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science (National Training Labs), the American University/NTL Masters Program in Organization Development, and Jefferson Medical College. She is the author of numerous articles on the MBTI. Her chapter on “Managing Professionals” appears in Managing in the Age of Change, and she is the author of the Self Awareness Guidebook, both published by NTL.
Prior to opening her consulting business, Dr. Williams practiced as a family physician, served as Medical Director of a Rural Health Center and was on the faculty of the Maine-Dartmouth Family Practice Residency Program. She is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Medical School.
