About OKA
OKA is a training and consulting firm focusing on the growth and development of organizations, teams, and individuals. Expert with a variety of psychological instruments and group processes, OKA has earned a reputation for engaging, high impact trainings, workshops, and retreats. We train more than 500 people a year at our training facility in Fairfax, VA, and regularly facilitate single day and multi-day customized workshops for organizations across the country.
OKA also has deep experience in designing training programs and training support materials. We were a major force in popularizing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment as a tool to unlock the complexities of communication, team dynamics, decision making and leadership. Today, we bring a full range of organization development, facilitation, and training approaches to both corporate and government clients.

- We are able to confer MBTI® Master Practitioner credits for selected type-related classes. See the course description to see if a class is eligible for these credits. You must have applied to the Master Practitioner certificate program to receive credits through the certifying organization, CAPT.
